HUNTERS LODGE
is more than just accommodation…
This self-catering House is a spacious, six bedroomed Karoo Style Farmhouse.
The kitchen has a lovely AGA cast iron, heat storage stove, gas fridge and gas stove creating the farm kitchen setting so real you can almost smell the bread baking.
The entertainment and conference area of the farmhouse offers a fireplace for the cold winters and the traditional large dining table that can seat 14 people.
Add the farmhouse “stoep” to this area where you can sit and just stare at the beauty of the veld, the imposing mountains and the spectacular Karoo sunsets, and your experience is complete.
The farmhouse, having six bedrooms and two bathrooms, is ideal for families or groups, however overnight stops, and romantic couple get-aways are always welcome.
We recommend that guests book for a minimum of two nights to ensure a true farm stay experience, so don’t forget to book, the beds are warm and comfy and the wide open spaceof the Karoo is waiting for you.

Ons het in Desember 2023 vir 7 dae in Renosterfontein se jagtershuis gebly. Ons was 20 mense en daars slaapplek vir 23 mense.
Dit is n ruim, silwerskoon plaashuis met n heerlike stoep waarop ons tot laataand gekuier het. Die stoep het n ingeboude braai en tafels en stoele op die stoep.
Die 2 en n halwe badkamers binnenshuis en buite toiletgeriewe het gemaak dat niemand tou gestaan het nie.
Die huis het meer as een yskas en vrieskas wat dit so gerieflik gemaak het om almal se kosse koud en gevries te hou.
Die lekker plaasgevoel is iets wat al ons gaste se harte geraak het. Die skoon Karoolug en die helder sterre snags was n bonus.
Die Karoo veiligheid het ons werklik geraak. Die vensters het nie diefwering nie en daars geen alarms nie. Ons het die voordeur later nie eens gesluit nie.
Ons sal verseker weer daar tuisgaan. Dis n aanwins vir enige stedeling!!
